Provisional bookings are made free of charge; however booking dates will only be confirmed by the studio manager on receipt of the booking form via email or fax. (Telephone messages will not be accepted as conformation)  

In the event of more than one provisional booking being made for the same time and date we operate a first come first served policy. The first booker will be given the opportunity to confirm the date required and is given an opportunity of 24 hours to do so. After this time, the date will be offered to the first booker to send the confirmation form back.

Confirmations of provisional bookings must be made 3 working dates before the proposed group.

Cancellations

Due the high number of bookings we receive all cancellations of confirmed bookings with 5 or less full working days notice will incur a 100% charge of the studio fee
Anything before this duration will incur a 50% charge of the studio fee.
The definition of a full working day relates to a period of 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday
For example, cancelling a booking on a Monday at 12pm for a Friday booking constitutes four working days.

Bristol Focus will accept no responsibility for delays caused by weather, industrial action, transport difficulties, terrorist action, demonstrations or any other circumstance beyond its control.
